The Assisi Retreat & Peace Center is located on the Piazza of the San Rufino Church in the heart of the historic hilltop town of Assisi, Italy.

The Assisi Retreat & Peace Center is a safe place for people to truly receive the peace discovered by St. Francis and St. Clare.

Each Meditation retreat shares the prayers and meditations, which brought Francis and Clare so close to God. 

More then 800 years later, their spirituality continues to touch pilgrims of all religions from every part of the world.

Many people are deeply touched by their time in Assisi. The Center is available for these people to come, have spiritual direction, and integrate their experience. It is a sanctuary for meditation and prayer.

The Center is especially appreciative to Pope John Paul II for bringing religious leaders together in Assisi for peace. In January 2002, Pope John Paul II sent the Center a letter giving his official blessing for our Sanctuary for all religions. The Center also wants to give a special thanks to the people of Assisi, the descendants of St. Francis and St. Clare. Thank you for your welcome and heart full support.
